Workspaces & data
You are responsible for the data entered into your workspaces — pipeline values, OKRs, marketing spend, vault records, and any other operational metadata. We do not inspect or sell workspace data records.
Seats & billing
Pricing plans define seat counts, module availability, and export privileges. Billing is processed through our integrated payment partner. Custom portfolio and enterprise arrangements are scoped separately under contract.
Security responsibilities
Klereti isolates customer workspaces using row-level security. You are responsible for maintaining the safety of user credentials and access tokens belonging to members of your workspaces.
